![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() "The Dark Souls III server team does periodically review profile/accounts that were previously restricted (to see if players have removed the data and are playing legitimately). This is part of an email from Bandai Nam, though they do NOT handle bans, despite people spamming them with emails, they can only tell you if you've been restricted/invalid warning OR banned/penalized. You could have gotten around it while you were only restricted. You can't get unbanned once its been escalated to 'penalized'. They seem to be pretty hard on the one-unban-only rule, so don't get banned twice. You need to contact them (bottom of the page I linked above) via email, explain your situation, and include a link to your Steam profile. If you meet these two requirements you will likely be able to get unbanned. If you made a hacked character just delete it. you picked up a bad item in a multiplayer session), customer support can tell you what you need to remove from your account. Apparently if you are unsure about what exact items are the problem (i.e. Info from "How to request Ban Removal" webpage at paraphrased belowī) all illegal content must be removed from your account for at least 3 weeks. Unbans are not always automated after removing offending items/characters, here's how to request their customer support to take a look at your situation. First of all, the reason I'm necroposting is because this thread is the top result in google for "how to get unbanned in dark souls 3". ![]()
